Kids classes offer a safe place for kids of all ages to come and learn a martial arts discipline, from boxing to basic JiuJitsu, all while keeping their fitness levels up and promoting a healthy, disciplined and fun lifestyle. Gary knows all about kids, being a father himself, and offers a controlled environment for kids to learn skills that help build confidence and allow your child to discover their own personal strengths. There is always a great balance of fun and focused training to offer your child a sense of structure and stability while of course having a great time!
